Why notice period is less for CEO

The deeper we attach our value creation to a company, the higher the notice period. Because our value (money) is linked to the processes and systems created by the company.

If you are a chef, you need a restaurant to create the value. If you are a programmer you need to company and its clients to code something that gives money.

Don’t quit company, though.

Build a value proposition yourself, either by creating a small company / building a brand that becomes its own currency.

Aim for small gains, the amount of freedom it creates is tantamount.
