How to check cost leaks in AWS Billing

Go to https://console.aws.amazon.com/billing/home#/bills

In the Bill details by service, you can see the overview of the billing across all regions and services.

Commonly recurring expense is

• Detached Elastic IPs
• Snapshots
• Alarms
• Keys

These gets buried under a lot of other services we use day-to-day. This overview can help one understand where the unaccounted resources are.
